We believe that our associates' superior contribution should be matched by superior compensation.

First year associate salaries start at $160,000, with eligibility for the firm’s profitability bonus. Associates become eligible for both a profitability bonus and a performance bonus in their third year. Performance bonuses are targeted at 17.5% and, may be as high as 25%. Because Day Casebeer regards bonus compensation as a critical component of total compensation, it reserves a significant percentage of net income each year for the payment of associate bonus compensation.
